Fell Foot Wood is a working woodland and woodyard.

It does not operate as a conventional campsite and there are no showers.

There are separate ladies and gents toilets with warm water at an adjoining sink for pot washing only.

Please be mindful of the hazards if machinery is operating and keep well away.

Please keep out of the woodyard and shop area outside of opening hours to avoid security issues/potential embarrassment.

There is plenty of wildlife in the wood – Deer ,squirrels, bats, and many bird species. Please take sensible precautions and avoid overgrown bracken areas where there is likely to be ticks and do not disturb a sunning adder should you be lucky enough to find one

NOISE AND MUSIC .Please be aware that noise can easily travel across the Lake and keep sound to low levels particularly after 11p.m at night.

Background music is OK before 11p.m but no music is allowed after 11p.m.
